​How far in advance do I need to book my stork?
We understand that due dates are just a best estimate but babies make the ultimate decision! We recommend you reserve your sign in advance around the due date.
When the baby decides to make their grand entrance,
contact us so we can help make the big announcement.

What is the turnaround?
We strive to deliver your signs within 24-48 hours of you placing the order.

Can I get a rush delivery?
Yes we do rush delivery. Please contact us to see if we have availability and a fee will be added for rush delivery.

During the rental period, what happens if the stork sign is damaged?
If you notice any damage to the stork sign, please contact us ASAP.
Our signs are durable, weather-resistant, and designed to last.

Can I move, mow around or attach items to the stork sign?
No, please do not move or attach anything to the signs, including balloons.
Also, please use caution when mowing or weed eating around the stork sign.

What is the refund policy?
Personalized products cannot be returned for a refund. If an error is made on our behalf, we will gladly correct the order. If you make an error on your order, we can normally replace your order at a discount. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can correct those errors.

Where is the stork placed?
We use our best judgement for sign placement. If there is a specific spot you would like for the sign to be played,
please let us know so we can do our best to accommodate your request.

Can your stork be used inside for a shower?
SOON! We are working on a separate stand that is used for indoor parties and can be booked for one day rentals.

How do I book and pay for the rental(s)?
We currently accept Venmo payments @lakeareastorks.
